 Most changes to your benefits package will need to be made during the open enrollment period once it opens. The changes you make to your benefits will take effect on January 1st, 2025.  Changes to your benefit coverage can be made on the Employee Self-Service website during the open enrollment period.  HR will be sending notices out about when the open enrollment period will open and close.

LaTrice Benichou (Director of Hope Human Resources) and Steve Hewell (Troxell Benefits Consultant) review Hope’s benefits for 2025. These benefits are available to all eligible Hope employees. Changes to any existing Hope benefits must be done during the open enrollment period from November 4, 2024 through November 22, 2024. Elected benefits will go into effect January 1, 2024.
